Most people think of a healthy lifestyle as weight lifting, “sit-ups”, salads, or fasting. If you want to live a better life, you don\’t have to work out, sweat it out, and pass out. [Eat only fruits and vegetables, exercise six days a week, and observe daily to see if you have lost weight. You can never do anything at all. You need to rest and reward yourself with something unhealthy, but more on that later.
Today I will show you how to start slow and not get carried away!
Replace sugary drinks with water
Do you like sugary drinks like colas and juices? These drinks contain a lot of sugar, which is not good for you, so try to limit your intake. If you stick to these drinks, try diluting them with water or reach for the zero variation. Of course, more when the temperature is high. Of course, more when the temperature is high. If you don\’t like plain water, add lemon, lime, mint, or whatever you like. A glass of plain water when you wake up in the morning will definitely make you feel better than a half-liter of cola.
You don\’t have to run or exercise if you don\’t enjoy it. Just go for a walk or bike ride. In short, do whatever sport fills you up, whatever it is. And if the Internet tells you that jumping jacks for 30 minutes at a time is the best way to lose weight, forget it now! There are e-books on the Internet for beginners on weight training, yoga, running, or even YouTube videos on anything.
Don\’t exercise every day. Try to exercise three times a week for a month, and if that\’s not enough, just add a day or two. However, it is not recommended to move more than five times a week. You need rest days to allow your body to recover. I myself exercise according to theFIVE ELBES – FIGHT FOR A NEW BODY e-book. This program is full of different exercises and is suitable for beginners to advanced. Highly recommended!
Don\’t be too strict
A healthy lifestyle is of course associated with an improved diet. Eating cookies and potato chips every day is not good for you. It is important to eat a good amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Some people may find healthy eating boring. Try to eat a varied diet. If you don\’t want to be fancy, I definitely recommend buying a cookbook with healthy recipes. Eat with your eyes, too. You\’ll enjoy the food more if it\’s nicely layered on your plate than if you just put pasta on top of it and pour sauce over it. And of course, treat yourself! The 80/20 system is really great! In other words, eat healthy 80% of the time and splurge on the other 20%.
And the conclusion?
If you put this into practice, you will see changes both physically and mentally. But don\’t rush to any point, and incorporate everything into your life slowly.
